We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items: Underwear, swimwear, earrings, personalized items, and hygiene products.

Return Process

  1. Go to your account or email info@kavifo.com to start a return.
  2. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges We happily support exchanges within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability.
